- $1,000 Flat Fee MLS Listing (Limited Listing Agreement with retainer; Must pay Buyer’s Agent commission)
- 1% Transaction Coordinator (Greater 1% of Sale Price OR $1,500)
- 1.5%-2.5% Discount Agent (Listing Agent Commission)
