I relocated from Southern California in October of 1988. I, along with 2 of my 3 children, loaded up a Ryder truck, and drove across the country to Florida. Thanks to my 55+ years long friend, I was encouraged to move to this Little Slice of Paradise AKA Vero Beach. FYI, Vero Beach is the line for the start of The Tropics.

My work background ranges from Financial; Banking, Accounting, Taxes to Medical Nursing; CNA ,MA, and LPN.

During the last couple years in my Retirement, I decided I wanted to learn something new. I heard about Luxury Real Estate School via the Grapevine, it caught my interest, and I decided that I would like to learn Real Estate.

There are many changes to our lovely community since I arrived in ’88. We had virtually nothing west of 58th Ave. The mall did not open until 1996. The Barber Bridge was a draw bridge, prior to becoming the present concrete bridge completed in 1995. And of course the biggest change is the population. It has steadily increased as word of our Little Paradise got out and more and more SnowBirds have chosen to become residents and stay year round.
